Penyrheol, Trecenydd and Energlyn Community Council currently has a vacancy in the Penyrheol ward which could be filled with a by-election. A by-election allows you to directly impact your local community and promote the change you wish to see, by voting for someone that shares your vision.
So if you want to make sure your voice is heard locally through a by-election, sign our petition by 3rd July - you'll be sending a message that you want to see a by-election in Penyrheol for the vacancy on the local Community Council .
Once the petition is closed we'll send it to Caerphilly County Borough Council to make them aware of how important an issue this is for local residents.
